Responsibilities
Positioning Omexom’s power supply systems as a technically competent and reliable partner for our customers
Ensuring order intake for the division
Acquiring new customer relationships, developing strategic new business, and supporting and retaining existing customers in the greater regions of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse
Providing technical consulting and developing solutions, and supporting projects throughout their lifecycle according to individual requirements
Preparing technical and contractual proposals
Project consulting and support, acting as the interface between customers and our project management
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to derive recommendations for the sales strategy
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering or qualified electrical technician, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
Sales expertise in the field of electrical power supply and preferably experience in switchgear/control cabinet construction
A candidate who combines technical competence, market knowledge, strong communication skills, customer orientation, negotiation ability, persistence, independence and a results-oriented mindset
Fluent German with negotiation-level proficiency, combined with a strong customer focus and persuasiveness
Enjoyment of working with people and strong interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for challenges
Ideally based in the Franconia region and looking to commit to our company for the long term
