About the role

  • Technical Sales Representative in Germany focusing on low voltage systems. Engaging with clients, ensuring project success and developing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning Omexom’s power supply systems as a technically competent and reliable partner for our customers
  • Ensuring order intake for the division
  • Acquiring new customer relationships, developing strategic new business, and supporting and retaining existing customers in the greater regions of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse
  • Providing technical consulting and developing solutions, and supporting projects throughout their lifecycle according to individual requirements
  • Preparing technical and contractual proposals
  • Project consulting and support, acting as the interface between customers and our project management
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to derive recommendations for the sales strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering or qualified electrical technician, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Sales expertise in the field of electrical power supply and preferably experience in switchgear/control cabinet construction
  • A candidate who combines technical competence, market knowledge, strong communication skills, customer orientation, negotiation ability, persistence, independence and a results-oriented mindset
  • Fluent German with negotiation-level proficiency, combined with a strong customer focus and persuasiveness
  • Enjoyment of working with people and strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for challenges
  • Ideally based in the Franconia region and looking to commit to our company for the long term
