Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national sales strategy for compressor rentals aligned with business objectives
Set clear targets and KPIs for regional teams to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and growth goals
Lead, coach, and motivate the rental sales team to deliver exceptional performance
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions
Oversee major accounts and strategic negotiations to secure long-term partnerships
Review and approve proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies to maintain profitability
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices
Requirements
8–12 years of sales experience
At least 5 years in a leadership role within industrial equipment rentals (preferably air compressors)
Strong technical understanding of compressor systems and rental operations
Grade 12 (Essential)
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
