About the role
- Junior Controller responsible for reports and analyses using Power BI and Excel at VINCI. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and close processes while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and further develop reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and MS Excel
- Perform actual vs. planned comparisons, variance analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
- Contribute to budget planning, forecast preparation and process optimization
- Work closely with business units and project managers to improve controlling processes
- Independently reconcile open items and coordinate with dunning/collections
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance
- Initial practical experience in controlling or project controlling is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills and enjoyment of data-driven decision making
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
