About the role

  • Controller Specialist for Solventum ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial data reporting. Collaborating with diverse teams for insights and overseeing financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Provide insights and recommendations to different departments and management
  • Prepare and compile internal and governmental statistical reports
  • Handle accounting Non-PO Country invoices, Pensions, Insurances, and other general ledger entries
  • Analyze payroll accounts to ensure financial data compliance
  • Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolution of discrepancies
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with the shared service center and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
