About the role
- Senior SAP HCM Consultant responsible for 3rd Level support in core SAP modules and implementing innovative HR solutions. Outlining customer needs and mentoring key users for effective development.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd-level consulting to our long-standing clients in the core modules PA, PY and PT in SAP OnPremise
- Execute SAP implementation projects, including planning, execution and follow-up
- Advise on and implement SuccessFactors topics
- Train clients' key users and support mentoring to successfully develop our junior talent
Requirements
- Valuable expertise in SAP HCM consulting (focus on PA, PY and PT)
- Solid knowledge of SAP system customizing
- ABAP skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Enjoy understanding client requirements and collaboratively developing solutions
- Confidence in your own expertise and willingness to share knowledge to foster colleagues' development
- Verbal and written communication skills in German and English
