About the role

  • Provide 1st-Level-Support for Infoma software modules focused on finance. Engage with clients, analyze inquiries, and document issues for escalation.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules
  • Analyze and classify customer inquiries and record reports in the ticketing system
  • Handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnostics
  • Gather all relevant data and information for more complex issues

Requirements

  • Vocational training or degree in business administration, public administration, or tax/accounting — or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Attention to detail, commitment and willingness to learn
