Responsibilities
Manage and support groups of Creators delivering social-first content across multiple concurrent briefs.
Work closely with our Commercial, Strategy and Creative teams to match talent with the right briefs.
Keep project flows smooth and well-organised, aligning deadlines, sharing updates, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen community engagement and turn engaged contributors into long-term champions.
Identify inactive or at-risk Creators and support reactivation efforts.
Advocate for Creators across Vidsy, ensuring their needs and insights help shape our workflow and platform.
Proactively support day-to-day production logistics, from arranging product shipments to processing payments and tracking deliverables.
