Responsibilities
Create content that explains and highlights the advantages of the benefit, translating features into perceived value.
Develop communications that delight users and strengthen their connection with the product.
Actively participate in organizing and producing webinars and videos, including opening live sessions and introducing guests.
Create in-app content focused on engagement and user guidance.
Plan GEO strategy for site positioning and for content in search engines and AI platforms such as Google, and produce blog materials for Vidalink following SEO and GEO best practices.
Produce targeted announcements and newsletters for different audiences.
Develop onboarding and engagement journeys (emails and explanatory materials such as banners and brochures).
Monitor metrics and propose continuous improvements.
Support social media with trends and viral content.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
Excellent writing skills and solid knowledge of GEO and SEO.
Communicative profile, comfortable expressing yourself in videos, live streams and different formats.
Delight mindset: someone who not only informs but creates content that delivers real value.
Strong ability to turn complex topics into simple, clear and engaging content.
Strategic outlook on content, understanding its role in user activation, engagement and retention.
