About the role

  • Content Intern supporting Achievers' content marketing initiatives with focus on research and editorial operations. Gaining hands-on experience in B2B content marketing and working closely with experienced writers and marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the systems, research, and execution that keep our content engine running smoothly.
  • Conduct weekly scans of external HR, workplace, and technology research.
  • Curate and share relevant articles, reports, and data to support ideation and writing.
  • Build and maintain a centralized library of third‑party statistics.
  • Support blog and resource publishing, including formatting and light copy edits.
  • Assist with converting PDF content into HTML.
  • Help maintain clean, up‑to‑date workflows and documentation.
  • Assist with preparing Achievers Workforce Institute and sales enablement slides.
  • Support basic content performance reporting and dashboard updates.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and documentation gaps.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university or accredited college program.
  • Interested in content marketing, writing, communications, or journalism.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Organized, curious, and comfortable working with documentation and systems.
  • Able to work full time for the duration of the internship term.
