About the role

  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership to ensure location effectiveness.
  • Ability to administrate, organize and lead multiple areas within our location , including staff and Serve Teams.
  • Ensure smooth execution of services and a welcoming environment.
  • Uphold and communicate the purpose and structure of Serve Teams.
  • Engage individuals before, during, and after Growth Track to foster involvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and empower Serve Team members.
  • Model healthy team dynamics and mentor coordinators in leading their teams.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
