About the role

  • Lead Coach leading pedagogical vision and structuring training programs in a hybrid model. Responsible for academic quality and team management in a professional training academy.

Responsibilities

  • Educational leadership and curriculum management
  • Design and structure training pathways (objectives, content, assessments).
  • Update programs based on market and learner needs.
  • Ensure coherence between theory, practice and individual coaching.
  • Recruit, train and lead the team of instructors and coaches.
  • Set educational objectives and monitor their achievement.
  • Organize pedagogical meetings and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the quality of course delivery and educational deliverables.
  • Establish performance indicators (satisfaction rate, success rate, employment outcomes).
  • Manage learner feedback and implement corrective actions.
  • Integrate digital tools, AI and innovative methodologies into training.
  • Develop academic and industry partnerships to enrich the offering.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in training, coaching or educational leadership.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical capacity and adaptability to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and e-learning platforms.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pedagogy, training or team management.
  • Strategic vision, innovative mindset and strong organizational rigor.
