Responsibilities
Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain contact with candidates to keep them up to date on the status of their applications.
Partner closely with hiring managers to create scalable sourcing strategies and meet business goals.
Write, review and post job descriptions for technical role vacancies.
Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes and talent sourcing best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a high-tech company - a must .
Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) - a must.
Proven experience in CV screening, sourcing candidates, reaching out, conducting phone interviews, analyzing data and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools outside of LinkedIn sourcing platform.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyzing sourcing data and providing recruitment insights.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset- we believe in low ego and high energy.
Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
Experience working in a Cybersecurity company – an advantage.
