About the role
- Data extraction specialist for VIBRANT's marketing agency, ensuring compliance across teams and projects. Responsible for analyzing processes and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze retailers' standard operating procedures (SOPs), supplier guides, and contracts to identify compliance and supply chain requirements
- Organize extracted data into a structured Excel document
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of extracted data by cross-referencing source documents
- Collaborate with Compliance, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to clarify ambiguous requirements
- Maintain version control and ensure all updates are properly documented
Requirements
- Bilingual (FR/EN)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formatting, data validation, pivot tables)
- Experience with retail compliance or supply chain processes is an asset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to clarify requirements with internal teams
- Prior experience in data extraction, contract analysis, retail distribution, and/or compliance
- Knowledge of Canadian retailers (e.g., Loblaws, Sobeys, Costco, Shoppers Drug Mart) is an asset
