Inventory Control Specialist at Nespresso ensuring stock accuracy and managing inventory processes at the Montreal location. Collaborating with the 3PL for inventory efficiency and performing stock reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory in Nespresso Canada’s daily operations.
Oversee in-store inventory and virtual inventory.
Work closely with the 3PL to ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions.
Monitor stock levels to anticipate inventory issues.
Perform daily reconciliation and alignment between the ERP system and the 3PL inventory system.
Maintain control of virtual inventory and analyze its contents to optimize inventory management.
Lead the organization of the annual physical inventory and the cycle count program.
Analyze significant inventory variances and help implement corrective actions and review programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Minimum 3 years of relevant, successful experience at the market/company level in one or more of the following areas: inventory operations, physical logistics, or production.
Relevant operational experience in the following areas is an asset: customer logistics and back-office operations.
Demand and supply planning experience.
Inventory accounting and internal controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – advanced).
Experience with an ERP system.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Bilingual in English and French.
