Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture and sustain strong partnerships with supervisors and leadership
  • Manage human resources functions for the location
  • Provide sound judgement, guidance and thought partnership to support HR strategies
  • Develop and execute project plans and deliver HR services supporting business objectives
  • Promote the value of HR function based on business outcomes
  • Ensure the right talent is selected to meet business needs
  • Support the administration of HR activities including recruiting/hiring, performance management, and benefits enrollment
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business plans

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 Years Experience in a Human Resources function
  • 4 Years Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
  • 3 Years Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
  • 2 Years Leadership experience with or without direct report responsibility (Preferred)
  • Experience in a supply chain, contact center or retail environment (Preferred)
