About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for client growth and team management at VIBRANT Marketing. Overseeing teams, establishing client relationships, and collaborating with sales directors.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the National Sales Director to achieve established sales objectives and targets for various programs and clients
  • Participate in the development and planning of contracts with clients and established programs
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and employees
  • Manage and supervise teams of merchandisers and sales representatives
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives with the support of the Sales and Solutions Director
  • Organize and implement all training programs for staff
  • In collaboration with the Sales and Solutions Director, set team goals, monitor performance, and report ongoing results internally and to clients
  • Regularly join field teams for coaching, training, and performance evaluation
  • Manage weekly and monthly territory scheduling with all representatives
  • Ensure all locations comply with safety, health, and business regulations
  • Adhere to the company’s standards of excellence and service, ensuring quality performance
  • Budget management, monthly tracking, and reporting

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive professional experience with demonstrated success in sales management, team leadership, and commercial operations
  • Experience in CPG and retail (grocery) or convenience & grocery (C&G) is an asset
  • Exclusive access to a vehicle
  • Comfortable with MS Office, particularly Excel, and experienced in data management
  • Ability to regularly meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive and motivated (self-starter)
  • Bilingual in spoken and written French and English
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
