Senior Salesforce Developer leading a technical squad for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions at Vibra. Ensuring architectural practices and code quality on the team.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for a squad responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions;
Ensure architectural best practices, coding standards, and delivery quality;
Support the definition of technical solutions and actively participate in sprint estimation and planning;
Develop complex customizations in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows;
Work on platform integrations with internal and external systems.
Requirements
Proven experience with Salesforce;
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications (preferred);
Technical leadership skills and the ability to facilitate a team;
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and native automation tools;
Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce data model and architectural best practices;
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs;
Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
