About the role

  • Sales Executive managing client acquisition and maintenance to enhance market share. Leading initiatives in fuel and energy sales strategies within B2B.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the commercial strategy by negotiating commercial agreements based on market analysis to achieve targets and maximize the profitability of the sales area;
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitors’ actions to provide the company with information and support the application of the most appropriate strategy to secure its market position;
  • Identify customer profiles to effectively implement the company’s B2B strategy with differentiated product and service offerings;
  • Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients in coordination with the Products team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Valid driver's license (category B);
  • Experience in prospecting new business (hunter profile) is desirable;
  • Experience selling fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and energy is a plus for this role;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Proactivity and autonomy;
  • Ownership mindset and optimism;
  • Hands-on approach;
  • Team player;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
