About the role

  • Junior Data Analyst at Vibra transforming data into business insights. Developing analyses, dashboards, and supporting data quality in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate data visualization and analysis needs into technical data requirements, supporting the definition, creation and evolution of new tables with the Data Engineering team;
  • Support testing, data validation and follow-up of deliveries with technology and business teams;
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and management reports in Looker, serving operational, tactical and executive audiences;
  • Support business areas in defining indicators (KPIs), performance metrics and business rules;
  • Build SQL queries, ensuring data quality, consistency and performance;
  • Extract, clean and analyze data from multiple sources;
  • Act as the data focal point, ensuring governance, documentation and understanding of the datasets used.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL;
  • Experience with BI tools (preferably Looker);
  • Knowledge of analytical data modeling (facts, dimensions, and metrics);
  • Ability to translate business problems into data-driven analyses. Good communication skills to present results and insights to different audiences;
  • Pluses/Desired: knowledge of Python for analysis (Pandas, Jupyter, etc.) and basic understanding of data engineering concepts, pipelines, data ingestion and data organization.
