About the role

Responsibilities
- Translate data visualization and analysis needs into technical data requirements, supporting the definition, creation and evolution of new tables with the Data Engineering team;
- Support testing, data validation and follow-up of deliveries with technology and business teams;
- Develop and enhance dashboards and management reports in Looker, serving operational, tactical and executive audiences;
- Support business areas in defining indicators (KPIs), performance metrics and business rules;
- Build SQL queries, ensuring data quality, consistency and performance;
- Extract, clean and analyze data from multiple sources;
- Act as the data focal point, ensuring governance, documentation and understanding of the datasets used.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Strong knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with BI tools (preferably Looker);
- Knowledge of analytical data modeling (facts, dimensions, and metrics);
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven analyses. Good communication skills to present results and insights to different audiences;
- Pluses/Desired: knowledge of Python for analysis (Pandas, Jupyter, etc.) and basic understanding of data engineering concepts, pipelines, data ingestion and data organization.
