About the role

  • Legal associate role focusing on regulatory work at vezzilapolla.legal, promoting equality and compliance in corporate law.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting a variety of pleadings, including initial petitions/complaints, submissions, and appeals, in both administrative and judicial proceedings;
  • Attendance at hearings and procedural acts;
  • Entering and updating information in the case management system;
  • Conducting legal and regulatory research;
  • Supporting the preparation of legal opinions and technical reports;
  • Managing judicial and administrative deadlines;
  • Communicating with clients and attending meetings;
  • Drafting notices and official letters to public and private entities;
  • Handling administrative proceedings involving municipal governments, health surveillance authorities (Vigilância Sanitária), INMETRO, and ANVISA.

Requirements

  • Active membership with OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association);
  • Completed law degree;
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize the most important matters;
  • Experience in Administrative Law (including PROCON) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
  • Proactivity and initiative;
  • Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent requests;
  • Dependability and consistent attendance.
