- Monitor and track corporate filings submitted for registration.
- Support due diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in corporate law.
- Knowledge of Contract Law and Corporate Law.
- Familiarity with rules and regulations applicable to joint-stock companies (sociedades por ações).
- Basic understanding of corporate reorganization transactions (merger, demerger/split, and incorporation).
