About the role

  • Sócio(a) responsável pela carteira judicial trabalhista. Elaboração de peças, acordos e acompanhamento processual em escritório de advocacia.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the firm’s labor litigation caseload;
  • Drafting all filings and legal documents for the caseload;
  • Negotiating and executing settlements;
  • Representing the defendant (employer) with a focus on the enforcement/execution phase;
  • Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems;
  • Court docket monitoring and procedural follow-up;
  • Other routine caseload duties.

Requirements

  • Active registration with OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association);
  • Law degree (completed); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of labor (employment) procedure and practice;
  • Previous experience in high-volume labor work environments, particularly in the enforcement/execution phase;
  • Strong written skills and legal reasoning are essential;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
  • Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Oral and written communication skills;
  • Dependability and regular attendance.
