Responsibilities
Responsible for the firm’s labor litigation caseload;
Drafting all filings and legal documents for the caseload;
Negotiating and executing settlements;
Representing the defendant (employer) with a focus on the enforcement/execution phase;
Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems;
Court docket monitoring and procedural follow-up;
Other routine caseload duties.
Requirements
Active registration with OAB/SP (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree (completed); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred;
Strong knowledge of labor (employment) procedure and practice;
Previous experience in high-volume labor work environments, particularly in the enforcement/execution phase;
Strong written skills and legal reasoning are essential;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
Advanced Excel skills;
Oral and written communication skills;
Dependability and regular attendance.
