About the role

  • Designer creating impactful visual identities and motion graphics for customer retention. Collaborating in a creative team to enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Key Visuals (KV) creation: Develop the master visual concept for major campaigns and ensure its consistency across all executions.
  • Strong focus on CRM: Design strategic layouts for email marketing (understanding information hierarchy and conversion) and customer relationship/communication flows.
  • Motion Graphics: Bring assets to life through animations for campaigns, apps and landing pages.
  • Video Editing: Produce short-form content with dynamic storytelling for branding and performance.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas that go beyond the obvious.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Designer (focus on Digital/Agency/CRM).
  • Campaign mindset: Demonstrated experience creating KVs and scaling them into campaign asset suites.
  • CRM mastery: Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices (responsive design, legibility and basic HTML knowledge).
  • Adobe Suite: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
  • Strategic portfolio: We want to see how you solve visual problems and how you apply motion in your deliverables.
  • Soft skills: Organized (to handle a high volume of CRM flows), proactive, and attuned to UI/UX and social media trends.
