Responsibilities
Lead the design and layout of SiGMA Magazine, event guides, and editorial print publications
Manage projects end-to-end, from concept development and pagination to final print delivery
Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to translate content into strong visual narratives
Prepare and deliver print-ready files, ensuring accuracy across specs, colour, and pre-press requirements
Coordinate directly with printers and production vendors, managing timelines, proofs, and final outputs
Leverage existing relationships with printers and suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
Maintain strong editorial design systems across typography, grids, and layouts
Oversee production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Review proofs, manage revisions, and sign off on final printed materials
Ensure all publications align with SiGMA brand guidelines and editorial standards
Stay up to date with editorial design trends, print innovations, and production best practices
Requirements
5+ years of experience in editorial design, print design, or a similar senior role
Proven experience designing magazines, event guides, or large-scale editorial publications
Strong understanding of print production processes, pre-press, and large-format printing
Established network and working knowledge of printers and production vendors (must-have)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Excellent eye for typography, layout, and editorial storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working with international brands or media organisations is an advantage.
