About the role

• Designer de Marketing criando Landing Pages de alta performance para impulsionar conversão em projetos de saúde e bem-estar na Queima.

Responsibilities

• Create layouts for landing pages and corporate websites with a focus on sales conversion;
• Use page builders (Unbounce, Framer, Webflow, etc.) to bring pages for different products and campaigns to life;
• Produce graphic and digital assets for social media, ads, PDFs, banners, thumbnails, and GIFs;
• Conceive and develop visual identities for new products and campaigns;
• Create visual concepts and designs for recording sets and promotional materials;
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure visual consistency and a results-focused approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Advertising, or a related field;
• Proven experience in design for digital marketing, especially with landing pages;
• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and others;
• Experience with page builders (Unbounce, Framer, Webflow, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (ability to make adjustments when necessary);
• Experience with conversion-driven design (CRO, A/B testing, visual usability);
• Creative, flexible, and collaborative profile, with a strong ability to learn and share knowledge.
• Experience in visual identity and branding;
• Familiarity with UX writing and neuroscience-informed design practices;
• Portfolio demonstrating sales pages focused on conversion.
