About the role

  • Enterprise BDR engaging enterprise-level prospects for verified restoration initiatives. Responsible for outreach, booking meetings, and building pipeline for sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage enterprise-level prospects for verified restoration initiatives
  • Run strategic outbound outreach and book qualified discovery meetings
  • Build pipeline for sales team, contributing to new business pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps for targeting and messaging strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships
  • Experience running outbound prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using AI-powered research and outreach tools
  • Curious and resourceful, energized by learning about new industries
  • Resilient and self-motivated in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts
  • Collaborative team player contributing to a positive culture
  • Nice to have: experience in sustainability or similar initiatives
