About the role

  • Employee Relations Specialist overseeing complex EMEA matters and guiding stakeholders on UK employment law. Leading initiatives for employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and senior leaders, providing guidance on best practice
  • Lead on a broad spectrum of employee relations work including flexible working requests, absence management, performance management, disciplinary and conduct issues
  • Conduct investigations, grievances, redundancy, and restructuring processes
  • Analyse ER casework trends to develop strategic, proactive recommendations for HR and the business
  • Independently manage complex casework including investigations and grievances

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) or equivalent UK HR qualification
  • Extensive experience in employee relations within the UK and a solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Demonstrable experience in a global organisation is advantageous
  • Experience working with C-suite level stakeholders is essential
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar HR case management systems is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to remote and hybrid environments
