About the role

  • Billing Supervisor at Verisk overseeing invoice processes and team performance in a collaborative environment. Ensuring compliance and implementing process improvements for operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of billers, ensuring invoices are processed and delivered on time
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide support to business partners
  • Implement process improvements and address escalations

Requirements

  • 5 + years of relevant OTC experience in finance area
  • Leadership or coordinator experience a plus, not required
  • Supervise and manage a team of approximately 8-10
  • Process improvements and standardization in finance
  • English C1+
  • Must be excellent in MS Outlook, Word and Excel (including pivot tables / v-lookup’s)
  • Bachelor's degree: Accounting/Business/Finance preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Analytical thinking and attention to details
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model as a full-time employee in Cracow city center based office
  • Oracle experience a plus
