About the role

  • Support Consultant role at Veradigm. Interacting with clients to troubleshoot healthcare solutions via calls, emails, and chats.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems or issues
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet
  • Track and document inbound support requests
  • Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support
  • Communicate with product management department to improve design
  • Provide day to day support via internal support ticket system

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others in multiple time zones
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
