About the role
- Associate Consultant providing technical support for enterprise-level customers on Red Hat cloud solutions. Managing project deliverables and contributing to customer engagements with a focus on problem-solving and expertise development.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned project tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Participate actively in client interactions, building rapport and effectively communicating technical information
- Troubleshoot limited to moderately complex technical issues and escalate challenging problems to project leadership and or senior consultants when necessary
- Provide an excellent customer support experience for our customers
- Work with key customers both on-site and remotely to build a relationship of trust and confidence between Red Hat and the customer’s engineering, development, and operations teams.
- Become an expert in one or more Red Hat solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform or Openshift Platforms
Requirements
- Expertise in Cloud concepts linked with virtualization practical experience is needed
- Expertise in Cloud Management Systems, Virtual Infrastructure Management systems and Cloud Infrastructure Management Systems is required.
- Technical and practical knowledge on Openshift, Openstack is key
- Expertise in HEAT/HOT, Ansible, Mistral concepts is required
- Familiar with cloud scripting (YAML,….) and cloud configuration management systems recipes Openstack (heat), chef (Ruby), puppet (Ruby),..
- Expertise in Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices concepts
- Very high English proficiency
- You have a Telecommunications/Electronics/SW/Computer master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- You have 3 – 8 years of experience in e2e integration and validation of telecom solutions.
