About the role

  • Associate Support Consultant diagnosing and resolving client application issues remotely. Collaborating with teams in a hybrid work environment at Veradigm in the healthcare technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders and all levels of support staff and Engineers.
  • Diagnoses and resolves client application questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of product functionality, system configuration/setup and bugs/enhancements.
  • Ability to apply basic knowledge of solution features and functionality to ask rudimentary troubleshooting questions.
  • Ensures case documentation is accurate, complete, clear and consistent with Support policy.
  • Reproduces client issues to identify root cause and provides data to the appropriate resources for analysis.
  • Responds to, works and closes cases within established timelines and SOP's; Communicates accurate expectations to the clients.
  • Position requires participation in after-hours and on-call support.
  • Must work well in a team setting, across global time zones.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders and all levels of support staff and Engineers.
  • Diagnoses and resolves client application questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of product functionality, system configuration/setup and bugs/enhancements.
  • Ensures case documentation is accurate, complete, clear and consistent with Support policy.
  • Reproduces client issues to identify root cause and provides data to the appropriate resources for analysis.
  • Responds to, works and closes cases within established timelines and SOP's; Communicates accurate expectations to the clients.
  • Must work well in a team setting, across global time zones. Must be willing to learn from and share information with others on the team.
  • Excellent written, communication, and time-management skills.
