- Monitor investor feedback, stock performance, analyst sentiment, and market trends.

- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Executive teams.
- Draft investor-facing content including annual reports and ESG-related disclosures.
- Serve as primary liaison for investors and analysts.
- Build a diversified investor base.
- Coordinate investor conferences, NDRs, and one-on-one meetings.
- Track analyst models and consensus estimates.
- Partner with Communications, Legal, and HR for consistent messaging.
- Support Board updates on investor sentiment and market trends.
- Provide insights to Finance and FP&A teams.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in IR, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven investor-facing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
