About the role

(Senior) Consultant for Information Security ensuring the safety of digital futures for customers. Collaborating with enterprises to mitigate InfoSec risks and create trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities

In this role you take responsibility for the security of the digital future — not only for our clients but for entire value chains.
You provide comprehensive advice to companies on all aspects of information security — from governance and risk management to the selection and implementation of security software.
You analyze existing security architectures, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions.
You take technical leadership of individual workstreams or entire project teams and oversee the implementation of IT security measures — from planning through deployment.
You conduct risk analyses and security assessments and derive concrete measures to strengthen resilience.
You design and support awareness campaigns to sustainably strengthen security awareness within organizations.
You actively use and expand your existing network to acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships.

At least two years of relevant professional experience in information security or cyber security — ideally in consulting with a focus on conceptual design and operational implementation.
Initial experience leading technical workstreams or (sub)projects, strong communication skills, and confidence working with relevant standards and regulations — in particular DORA, NIS2, IT-Grundschutz or ISO/IEC 27001.
Solid knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC); implementation & optimization of an ISMS; information risk management; selection & implementation of security tools; BCM / ITSCM; security IT architecture; cloud security; identity & access management; SIEM / SOC / SOAR; leading security projects.
Completed relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or comparable qualification.
