About the role

  • Consultor de Licenças coordinating the licensing processes, supporting various projects for Cencosud retail operations and engaging with public authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and identification of options;
  • Process management;
  • Administrative management;
  • Liaison with public agencies;
  • Responding to requests from public bodies;
  • Asset management;
  • Keeping legislation up to date;
  • Issuing urban planning opinions;
  • Issuing feasibility studies;
  • Contract management;
  • Project approvals and issuance of building permits;
  • Issuance of licenses.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Engineering
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Ability to read topographic surveys and plans;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of urban planning legislation.
