- Support consultants in their personalized outreach efforts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support roles
- Experience with group retirement plans, wealth management, insurance, or Salesforce is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Collaborative mindset and ease in building professional relationships
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when managing client records and documentation
- Advanced level of English and French proficiency
