Responsibilities
Prospect new clients by identifying business opportunities and expanding the base of partners and customers;
Handle inside sales through both proactive outreach (actively seeking clients) and inbound support (responding to incoming requests);
Prepare and send commercial quotes, ensuring clarity, speed, and alignment with client needs;
Provide in-person service at locations designated by management, according to each project's or client's needs;
Monitor the entire sales and implementation process, ensuring a satisfactory client experience and adherence to established timelines;
Produce performance reports and present results, contributing to the area's strategic planning.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Experience in sales and customer service;
Preferred: experience selling health and dental plans.
