Responsibilities
Act in a consultative and strategic capacity alongside Sales and Product teams, driving learning agendas, continuous improvement, and the implementation of first‑party or third‑party measurement solutions;
Analyze data and lead advanced analytics projects, developing customized studies for clients and partners with a focus on demonstrating the effectiveness of media and content solutions;
Create business cases and define measurement strategies for the various sales channels targeting the Mid Corp segment, supporting commercial and investment decisions;
Support the development of sales pitches by conducting competitive analyses, market benchmarks, and recommending or commissioning external studies to inform media planning and maximize client and partner outcomes;
Translate technical analyses and complex results into clear, actionable insights, supporting decision-making across commercial, product, and leadership teams;
Ensure alignment between business objectives, performance indicators, and adopted measurement methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Strong experience in measurement, analytics, data intelligence, research, or related fields, preferably in media, advertising, technology, or consulting environments;
Experience in performance analysis, campaign effectiveness evaluation, and generating business-oriented insights;
Ability to act consultatively with frequent interaction with commercial and product teams;
Ability to structure and defend strategic recommendations based on data;
Excellent communication skills for presenting analyses and data storytelling;
Experience with first‑party and market measurement solutions (e.g., brand lift studies, performance, attribution, market research);
Experience building business cases and conducting competitive analyses;
Knowledge of media planning, performance indicators, and effectiveness metrics;
Previous experience working with Mid Corp clients or segmented sales channels;
Postgraduate degree or certifications in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
