Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze large volumes of data, identifying patterns, trends and opportunities for action
- Develop Data Science models, with an emphasis on recommendation systems
- Develop, test and evolve analytical and recommendation models
- Apply advanced analytical techniques such as clustering, segmentation and predictive modeling
- Lead the advancement of analytical maturity and the use of AI in People Analytics
- Support the Artificial Intelligence agenda in HR, from data exploration to model implementation
- Act in a consultative manner with HR and business areas, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations
- Ensure quality, consistency and governance of the data used in analyses
- Work collaboratively with HR, technology and business teams
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Solid experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of applied statistics
- Excel at intermediate to advanced level
- Power BI at intermediate to advanced level
- Previous experience working as a Data Analyst
- Degree in Consumer Sciences
- Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
- Knowledge of SQL
- Practical experience with recommendation models and/or clustering algorithms
- Experience with People Analytics or HR data
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applied to business
- Ability to translate technical analyses into clear, actionable insights
