About the role
- As an apprentice in accounting, participate in stock financial tracking and assist with accounting closures. Collaborate with various teams for data validation and best practices adoption.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Stock Accounting Manager, you will actively participate in Veepee’s inventory financial monitoring.
- Participate in the inventory accounting close process.
- Update files essential to monthly accounting closes.
- Prepare supporting documentation required for audits.
- Document processes.
- Ensure inventory accuracy in collaboration with commercial, logistics and supply chain teams.
Requirements
- You are currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets; prior experience with SAP is a plus.
- Comfortable with English.
- Demonstrate rigor and strong organizational skills.
- Results- and problem-solving oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
