About the role

  • Bookkeeper managing diverse financial tasks in a family office setting. Ensuring accuracy in accounting and supporting financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Processing various tasks within financial accounting
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Cash and bank bookkeeping
  • Invoice preparation
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Posting incoming and outgoing payments
  • Preparation and analysis of the monthly VAT advance return
  • Support tasks for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally with professional experience in financial accounting for craft businesses or the housing/property sector
  • Structured, independent and responsible working style
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Friendly, reliable and goal-oriented
