Responsibilities
Independent accounting responsibility for a defined portfolio of condominium owners’ associations (WEG) and rental properties.
Preparation of annual service charge statements for WEGs and heating and utility cost statements for rental management.
Preparation of annual budgets (Wirtschaftspläne) for WEGs.
Management of dunning/collection procedures and handling of all payment transactions.
Review, coding and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in property management or WEG (condominium association) administration.
Experience with the accounting software IMPOWER.
High level of care, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
Analytical skills and strong numerical aptitude.
