Responsibilities
- Provide support in implementing the sponsorship strategy and client events across Switzerland
- Coordinate with internal partners regarding client invitations
- Be present on-site, ensure smooth execution, monitor and follow up on operations in the field
- Plan and organize sessions
- Provide administrative support to the Department
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in an academic program (university or university of applied sciences such as CREA, EHL, HEC, etc.)
- You have basic knowledge of sponsorship and event organization
- You enjoy teamwork, are attentive, positive, creative and solution-oriented
- You are known for your organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- You are very comfortable with common computer tools
- You have perfect command of French and good knowledge of German (min. B2)
- You are resistant to stress and possess good communication skills.
