Responsibilities
Ensure the operational management of our Assistance & Travel product (issuing travel certificates, handling claims notifications and coordinating cases with our assistance partner)
Participate in monitoring and developing existing partnerships with strategic commercial partners
Support our agencies and partners in promoting products and responding to their inquiries
Prepare monitoring statistics in collaboration with Product Management
Contribute to analysis and development work for products and partnerships
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) completed, with mandatory AFA certification
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Assistance Manager
Native French or German speaker, with very good skills in the other language (oral and written); minimum B2 level to handle cases independently
Proficiency with common IT tools (MS Office) for managing statistics
