About the role

  • Account Manager managing relationships with non-life insurance partners in Switzerland. Enhancing service delivery and achieving sales targets with a cooperative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist our insurance partner in the non-life (property & casualty) area
  • Accompany field sales representatives on client visits
  • Organize trainings and product information sessions
  • Prepare quotes
  • Develop and expand relationships with business partners
  • Participate in risk selection/underwriting
  • Achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Completed qualification in the insurance industry with several years of experience in sales/field sales
  • Federal SME Specialist Certificate (KMU Eidg. Fachausweis) in the insurance sector or an equivalent advanced qualification
  • Ability to work independently, proficient in Microsoft Office, flexible, with a sales- and customer-oriented approach
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English and French skills are an advantage
  • Practical experience in commercial/corporate insurance (excluding occupational pension/BVG)
