About the role

  • Conseiller Client APV pour un distributeur automobile familial avec plus de 100 ans d'expérience. Accueillir clients, planifier rendez-vous et gérer satisfaction client.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome our customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Inspect vehicles on arrival and clearly explain the required interventions.
  • Promote our services and ancillary products (maintenance packages, accessories, etc.).
  • Schedule appointments while optimizing technicians' workload.
  • Prepare repair orders (RO) and accurate estimates/quotes.
  • Manage invoicing (suppliers and customers) with precision.
  • Handle complaints and warranty/recall cases with diplomacy.

Requirements

  • Customer relations expert: You know how to reassure, advise and retain customers.
  • Technical aptitude: You understand vehicle mechanics and can explain them clearly.
  • Organizational skills: You juggle scheduling, estimates and customer calls without losing your smile.
  • Commercial mindset: You can identify opportunities to offer appropriate services.
