About the role

  • Conseiller clients managing insurance services for Gan Assurances in Langon. Engaging with clients across multiple communication channels and developing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients through all communication channels: in branch, by phone, and by email
  • Handle clients' needs: identify their expectations, present GAN Assurances, and promote and sell the agency's insurance offerings
  • Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
  • Develop client portfolios through in-branch commercial initiatives and multi-product offerings: follow-up sales, cross-selling and upselling
  • Manage and monitor claims: open claim declarations, arrange for experts, collect documentation and perform follow-ups, and support clients throughout the claims process
  • Actively participate in agency life: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies, and handle the agency's administrative duties (mail, archiving, etc.)

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years' experience in business development, policy subscription/issuance and portfolio consolidation with private or professional clients
  • Ability to work independently
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Proactive and motivated attitude
  • Strong customer-service orientation in all situations
