Responsibilities
Sell energy contracts to prospects using qualified leads (primarily outbound calls)
Retain customers who are considering leaving
Maintain a high conversion rate
Incorporate an informative and advisory approach into the sales pitch to build trust with future customers (topics include the energy transition and good consumption practices)
Requirements
You have initial experience in telephone sales
You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace/G Suite and, ideally, Notion and Slack)
You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial mindset
You are resilient and do not get discouraged by refusals
You have strong listening, negotiation and persuasion skills
You manage stress and your emotions well
You are organized and detail‑oriented
