Responsibilities
Inform, advise and assist customers throughout their journey (product and House information, orders and deliveries, after-sales service, sample requests)
Develop and maintain a close, personalised relationship with each client
Handle telephone reception and after-sales service for the brand's boutiques
Communicate practical information (product availability, opening hours, access, etc.)
