- Build and retain a customer base of private individuals and professionals from your portfolio and through various commercial activities.
- For trade-in offers, perform an appraisal to determine the vehicle's value and estimate any refurbishment costs.
- Ensure the compliance of sales files and the proper delivery of vehicles.
- Participate in daily tasks (tidying the lot, displaying vehicles, etc.).
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma to Bachelor's degree (Bac to Bac+3) in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
- You have significant sales experience, ideally gained in the automotive sector.
- You master various sales techniques, telephone prospecting, and customer follow-up, and are motivated by challenges.
- Reactive and persuasive by nature, you know how to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through your service orientation.
