About the role

  • Commercial Advisor at Groupe Maurin, leading in foreign automobile distribution, tasked with customer relations and vehicle sales. Ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored financing solutions and compliance with sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customers, identify their needs, and propose the solution that best meets their expectations.
  • Market financing solutions (traditional loans, hire-purchase, lease-purchase, long-term rental, etc.) and associated add-on services (insurance, extended warranty, assistance contracts).
  • Build and retain a customer base of private individuals and professionals from your portfolio and through various commercial activities.
  • For trade-in offers, perform an appraisal to determine the vehicle's value and estimate any refurbishment costs.
  • Ensure the compliance of sales files and the proper delivery of vehicles.
  • Participate in daily tasks (tidying the lot, displaying vehicles, etc.).

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma to Bachelor's degree (Bac to Bac+3) in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
  • You have significant sales experience, ideally gained in the automotive sector.
  • You master various sales techniques, telephone prospecting, and customer follow-up, and are motivated by challenges.
  • Reactive and persuasive by nature, you know how to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through your service orientation.
