About the role

• Prozess- und Projektmanager für SAP Außenhandel und Transport bei führendem Anbieter in Flughafenlogistik. Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, Betreuung des SAP-Systems und Mitarbeit in Projekten.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve business processes in the areas of foreign trade, shipping and transport and map these processes in the ERP system
• Optimize the tools and supporting methods used; create specifications and guidelines in cooperation with the business units
• Support and further develop the SAP system in the areas of Foreign Trade, Shipping and Transport
• Perform adjustments (customizing and, where necessary, development) in the SAP modules SD, MM and LE
• Customer-side customizing in the AEB software in the modules Trade Compliance Management, Customs Management and Monitoring & Alerting
• Ensure stable IT application operations for the applications under your responsibility and drive their further development with internal and external service providers
• Participate in SAP projects; support the business units in project preparation and execution
• Contribute to the evaluation, implementation and execution of change requests within projects and SAP ERP application operations
• Contribute to the preparation of system and application documentation
• Provide technical and conceptual advice to the business units on the IT implementation of requirements

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the tasks described above and knowledge of the specific requirements in mechanical engineering
• Expert knowledge in implementing efficient processes
• Solid knowledge of the specified SAP modules (including customizing) and an understanding of the interfaces to adjacent modules
• Experience with AEB software in the listed modules and its customizing is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in SD/LE processes (order processing, delivery, packing, billing, export control, customs, Intrastat, etc.)
• Understanding of the underlying data model and data sources
• Confident and routine use of standard MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, goal-oriented and strategic thinking skills and a high degree of self-motivation combined with flexibility in handling complex tasks
• High resilience, willingness to travel and strong personal standards for achieving results
• Excellent communication skills combined with persistence and result orientation
• Business-fluent English, spoken and written, completes your profile.
